Celebrate 50 years of this spirited Princeton tradition!
Don your best costume for the Arts Council’s Hometown Halloween Parade — it’s been a Princeton tradition since 1976! Gather with your friends and neighbors on Palmer Square Green starting at 4pm to enjoy music by the Princeton University Band before we depart promptly at 4:30pm. Upon arrival, the festivities will continue with a Trunk-or-Treat held in partnership with the Greater Princeton YMCA.
Trunk-or-Treat Car Registration
We need your help to bring a spirited, spooky, silly Trunk-or-Treat to life! Register your vehicle now to help us create a fun and safe Halloween experience for the local community.
You’re invited to decorate the trunk of your car to serve as a fun backdrop for your trick-or-treating stop. Check out some great inspiration here.
Cars should arrive by 3:30pm to set-up. All decorations must be family-friendly, and candy prepackaged.
The best decorated trunks will win a prize!
