LOCATION:Arts Council of Princeton\, Princeton
DESCRIPTION:Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM\n\nGet peer-to-peer feedback and share
creative resources.\n\nPrinceton Crit provides a monthly space for artis
ts to come together to share and discuss their creative practice. Togethe
 r\, we’ll foster an atmosphere of constructive peer-to-peer criticism\, f
ree of judgment and open to all.\n\nWe encourage a diversity of voices\,
mediums\, artistic skills\, and projects in varying stages of completion.
It is our core belief that every artist has something to offer\, regardl
ess of experience level or background.\n\nHow it works:\n\nCrits are held
monthly on the second Tuesday of the month in the Arts Council of Prince
ton’s Solley Theater.\n\nParticipants may arrive as early as 6:15pm to br
ing in their work and grab a seat. The crit will begin at 6:30.\n\nEach s
ession is limited to 8 participants to allow sufficient time for each art
ist to present their work for feedback.\n\nEach artist will receive a 10-
minute critique of their work. Artists may bring up to three pieces for d
iscussion\, no exception.\n\nThe Arts Council will provide easels for the
display of your work. Pedestals may be made available — kindly let us kn
ow in the registration form if you’re displaying 3D work.\n\nA $10 regist
ration fee helps cover costs of running this resource for area artists.\n
